Excellent staff especially in the front desk Mr Ahmed was very cordial and pleasant. We booked a studio twin room, rooms were spacious and the view was very nice.

We came from Oman Muscat riding our Harleys and wr found our rooms ready... very clean and spaciuos rooms..We have been recieved and warmly welcomed by Ms. Eiman at the Reception desk. It was as per our expectation especially after long ride on Classic bikes coming from Muscat around 400+ Km. The breakfast was amazing and all stuff were so cooperative with nice smile on their faces. So, Thank you very much for this hospitality.

Nice staff, nice breakfast and nice rooms. rooms were very clean. beds were very comfortable. had some nice sleep.

The stay supposed to be 2 separate rooms but the other room has a smoking room which we don’t like. We booked online via Fazaa originally but when we finally decided to use our Fazaa, they said it’s already discounted. I don’t think so, because it’s still expensive. 1, 300 for a family room? Still without breakfast? I find it very expensive. They said Etihad discount doesn’t apply to the weekends as well. Anyway, parking is fine but two way. And the bed and pillow were comfortable. Also I smell a little iron in the water of the sink.

From the moment we arrived, their professionalism and warmth made us feel genuinely welcome. Noushad ensured every aspect of our stay was seamless. Dhiraj deserves special mention for his impeccable hospitality. His cheerful demeanor and prompt service at the restaurant.The hotel itself is lovely, with clean and comfortable room and great location.
