Friendly competent personnel, specially Karim at the front desk, he was very nice and helpful with good tips about the city. The room and the staff were better than expected, booking through the hotel website was way cheaper than any website, although the website was a bit weird. The shuttle service need some work, maybe more trips and more locations should be added. All in all it's a nice hotel with great staff.

By far my favourite hotel when coming to Dubai for leisure or work. The staff is very nice and helpful, the installations modern and all amenities needed. The gym is also very complete and always neat which I find very important when coming to Dubai for business.

We walked into this hotel on a Saturday afternoon after visiting several others, and we were immediately impressed. Karim Hasan showed us around the hotel and worked with us to find a price that we were happy with. A few days later, we moved in for a three-week stay.
