The wait for the elevator was excruciating.We had to walk down the 11th floor almost every morning. There was also a line for breakfast every day, while on vacation I don't want to waste time queuing.The men at the reception were especially friendly.A young woman, who didn't know how to serve properly, spoke Russian, probably Kazakh, and despite questions, the answer was always I don't know. The driver to the beach was friendly and drove very safely.The housekeeper Tunaid was very friendly, cleaned well, and took all our wishes into account. Clean 5 and NPS 10

Hotel located very close to Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future. Big problem with sun beds by the pool. Impossible to find more than one after breakfast. Need to wake up early to get them. Highly recommend housekeeper Junaid. Rooms on 12th floor are a little bit old but clean. Staff is very friendly. Food is quite good.

If the purpose is to familiarize all over the Dubai, this hotel suits you. Just beside the Business Center -metro station and middle of the red line. Pretty snappy to get to the Marina area and, on the other hand, reach Bur Dubai and Deira. High quality and comfy rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel is good, and breakfasts offer versatile options for anybody. Stunning views all over the city, and it is nice to get sleep watching living board from a bed. The sunrises were also a huge experience. Strongly recommend.

I only stayed two nights in Dubai but I must say in this hotel I was spoiled since my check in . They upgraded me to a half family room with fridge and kitchenette and the Housekeeping was very attentive to any needs I had .Staff is very friendly and remember you throughout the hotel. The dinner à la carte was very well detailed and they included two drinks within the package. Huge the buffet dinner. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Concierge was able to give me good advice on how to visit the city via public transport. The hotel has a strategic position for all the touristic spot and only 12 minutes from Terminal 1. I will be definitely come back on my next trip to this city . Do not forget to find some time to relax in the swimming pool area with a sauna. Thank you for making this trip so easy.
