Hotel is excellent, right next to DIFC, staff are super friendly and helpful. Big rooms and great view from the rooms.

The totel is in DOWNTOWN DUBAI and is next to METRO station. Rooms are big, clean and with nice view. The staff is amazing, special thanks to Mr. DENIZ for his profesional atitude. I recomand this HOTEL for people how wants to travel in Dubai

I was for the first time in Dubai and all the experience was astonishing. The hotel is near to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Future Museum, Frame Dubai. The hotel personnel are very helpful.

The location of the hotel was central to the key areas of Dubai and fairly easy to navigate between them. The amenities and facilitates were fair and room wise vey good. The service recieved was beyond our expectations for the most part, espeacially Flora in the restaurants and Aya at reception- we couldn't ask for a better service from them. We would have given more in scoring, however one experience at the all day dining restaurant O'lio left a horrible taste in our mouths. The conceige that greeted us appeared to be somewhat selective with the dress code to enter the restaurant, which resulted in us Only needing to change to be able to eat at the restaurant. If other people at the restaurant weren't in similar attire then we wouldn't have minded but this wasnt the case. Several people had similar clothing and nothing was said, we felt very uneasy with the situation and somewhat discriminated against. If there is a dress code then All people entering the restaurant should adhere to it not just a selective few.
