While the suite I stayed in was a bit dated, it was immaculately clean, which I greatly appreciated. There were a few power cuts throughout the day, but the hotel handled them efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption. As a Canadian, I felt incredibly safe during my entire stay, not just within the hotel but also throughout the city of Erbil. In my last visit to Kurdistan, I stayed in Erbil Arjan by Rotana, the experience was very good and recommend everyone to choose it for their stay. In addition I would like to thank ( Al Laith, Raquel, AbdulWahab) from front desk for their kindness, hospitality, and help during check-in and check-out.

This is my favorite Hotel in Erbil. Rooms are large and comfortable, and the service is always excellent. I want to highlight the service from Prasanth, the bar tender and from Raquel in the front desk. Thank you again and I hope to come back soon.
